The lower denture patients often complain of “flatting” dentures because of bone resorption leading to limited or no retention. A great deal of our patient consideration involves failing dentistry, missing teeth, or teeth with problem root canals.  Many adult patients are suffering from untreated periodontal (gum) disease which leads to bone loss, loose teeth, bleeding gums, and often, bad breath.
